 二、工 程概况

 太钢集团临汾钢铁有限公司中板轧机改造工程(主电室、轧辊间),位于临钢中板厂内,基坑支护深度 6.5 米—10.2 米。基坑南侧与原有中板厂房贴建,北侧与厂内管道临近,基坑工程施工期间,中板厂需正常生产,因此,努力控制基坑支护结构的变形,尽可能减小周边建筑物、管线、道路的下沉,因该是设计本基坑支护的重点。

  鉴于本基坑支护深度深,对周边环境控制要求高,因此在选择方案时,首先考虑的应该是支护方案的成熟可靠性。也即支护结构的安全性应该是第一位,然后再兼顾经济的合理性。

 三、工程地质概况

 根据现场编录原位测试和土工试验结果,勘察深度范围内场地地基土按地层时代岩性及物理学性质自上而下将其分为六层,现依次分述如下:
